Fried Spaghetti

This is my spin on spaghetti =] It's a little unique because of my secret ingredient that I am going to share with you...its MAYO! I know not all of you may like it, but i have friends and family that i have made this for who don't even know it is in there, and if they do they can't even taste it. So give it a chance and tell me what you think =]

This is what you will need...

1 1/2 lbs of ground beef
4 cups of pasta sauce
16oz package of spaghetti noodles
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of garlic salt
4 cloves of minced garlic
1/2 tablespoon of ground oregano
1 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 cup mayo
In a large pot bring 4 quarts of water to boil, then add the entire package of pasta. Cook until soft, then drain. Then once all the water is drained, add leave the noodles in the pot.
In a large pan cook the ground beef until the meat turns from pink to brown like so. Add the oregano and pepper.
Now once you mix the meat around with the spices, add in the garlic. Cook together for a minute or two so the meat can absorb the spices.
Add in the pasta sauce, and cook on high for 5-10 minutes.
Add in the mayonnaise and the Parmesan cheese, mix well. You will know its mixed well when the sauce is completely pink, if it isn't some parts will be redder or pinker than others. Add in the remaining two cloves of garlic at this time and cook on low for about 2 minutes so the sauce can absorb all the ingredients.
Now its time to pour the sauce into the pot with the noodles, and cook the spaghetti noodles and sauce on high, stirring about every 30 seconds. Add in the garlic salt at this time.
Now its time to eat! I hope you like it...enjoy!
