Here is what you will need...
2 Chicken Breasts, 1 16oz box of bow tie pasta, 8oz cream cheese, 1 red bell pepper, 1 green bell pepper,1 tablespoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, 2-3 cups of low fat milk (I use 2%), 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes (optional)
|The bag with red stuff is frozen red bell peppers, whenever they go on sale i always buy a bunch and freeze them for later use, because during certain times of the year they can get kind of pricey.|
|Mix the sauce and noodles well then sneak in a bite ;)|
Now that you have snuck in a bite its not going to be enough, your going to want a whole plate.
|I'm not sure if you can tell or not but i added some red pepper flakes to mine to give it that extra kick =]|
** oh and unless your feeding an army, you will definately have left overs for tomorrow. Lucky you! =]
